At ecart.fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You have received the wrong item
- You wish to exchange an eligible item (subject to availability)
Items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have original tags, packaging, and invoice
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and socks
- Beauty and personal care items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Customized or altered items
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email info@ecart.fashion within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Pick-up & Shipping
- If your location is serviceable, we will arrange a free return pick-up.
- If pick-up is not available, you may need to self-ship the item. Our team will share the return address.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method, or
- You may opt for an exchange or store credit, if applicable
Processing Time: 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
6. Important Conditions
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
- Any fraudulent return activity may lead to account suspension.
